Francis Wayne Queeney passed away on September 25, 2017 at his home in Orange Park, FL. He was born on September 13, 1946 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Patrick Queeney and Mary Heffers.

Wayne was a retired heavy equipment operator for the state of NJ and an avid golfer. He hit two holes in one in his lifetime.  

Preceding Wayne in death are his brother, Patsy Queeney;  and sisters, Rochelle Antonicello and Ricarda Humenic.

Loving husband, devoted father, brother, uncle and friend, he is survived by his wife, Nancy Queeney; son, Patrick Queeney; brother, Jerome Queeney, sister, Karleen Queeney, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.

A Mass will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017, 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, 1606 Blanding Boulevard, Middleburg, FL 32068.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Community Hospice, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32267, (904) 268-5200 would be appreciated.
