Holly R. Cummins, 21, was born on August 8, 1995 in Orange Park, FL, and called to Heaven on October 3, 2016 in Tallahassee, FL.

Holly was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Sheila McNulty Beal and William Henry Beal, II and Betty Hudnall Cummins and Henry Robert Cummins, and her cousins, Mark Thomas Whitson and Elizabeth Ann Brown.

Holly is survived by her parents, Howard R. Cummins and Betsy Beal Cummins. She is also survived by her step-mother, Candy Cummins; step-grandparents, David and Janice Culpepper, her step-sister, Brooke Bozek (Mickey); her niece, Layla Bozek; and many aunts, uncles and cousins, including Bill Beal, Tom Beal (Ellen), Sheila Whitson (Mark), Fancy Hattaway (Michael) and Mary Brown (Ron).  Also cousins, Shirley Drummond (Bobby), Michael Drummond, Rob Drummond, Don Drummond, Scott Drummond, Karen Nahley, Kristin Nahley, Donnie Nahley, Heather Blackwell (Greg), Shannon Bezold (Zach), Jennifer Denham (Michael), Kristen Panella (Nick), Kellie Beal, Ron Brown (Stephanie), Chris Brown (Rachel), Cameron Brown (Amanda) and all their children and many close family friends including Pinney and Glenn Grant and Bill Dykeman.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Holly’s Dance Marathon page (dmfsu.org, press “Donate now”, press “Donate to this event”, type in “Holly Cummins”, press “search” and her page will pop up where you can “Donate Now”).  This charity was very dear to Holly. It benefits Children’s Miracle Network. We would like to thank the Florida State University Football Department and the Alpha Phi Sorority for all their help during this time.
