Judith Ann Palmer Moseberth, 76, passed away on
December 21, 2017 in Orange Park, FL. She was born on
October 18, 1941 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Stanford and Lucille Palmer.
Judith enjoyed spending time with her family, rescuing cats, watching the game show network, and making her famous pound cake. After many years working as a bank teller her love of children lead her to work and volunteer at an elementary school and for children’s vision screenings after which she retired.
Her role as mother and grandmother, were the most important thing to her. This is where she drew her strength from and where she left her legacy. Being with her family was what Judy enjoyed most of all. Her life had many obstacles; she struggled for over 20 years with a devastating illness. Yet throughout it all, her love and caring for her family remained her focus and in so many ways she was able to show that love to us. This perseverance through adversity is a powerful lesson for us and is her legacy. Keep that which is most important in focus. Love and care for your family and friends and let them know in all the ways you can. Don’t let adversities, setbacks or any distractions of the world keep you from showing and living that love. What a wonderful lesson she gave us.
Preceding Judith in death is her husband, Gerald Moseberth, Sr.; parents, Stanford and Lucille Palmer; father-in-law, William Moseberth; mother-in-law, Geraldine Head and brother-in-law, Johnny Moseberth.
Judith is survived by her children, Gerald Moseberth, Jr., Laurie Barron, and Susan Moseberth; grandchildren, Tara Neal, G.L. Moseberth, Kaitlin Moseberth, Brittney Barron, Anthony Moseberth and Hunter Moseberth; great-grandchildren, Brianna Neal, Isabelle Neal and Layla Neal; brother, Butch Palmer; sister, Pamela Grubbs and a host of family and friends.
