Ada Mavis Koster passed away on September 17, 2017 in Orange Park, FL. She was born on March 9, 1938 in Walnut, MS to the late Hermon Keith and Mary Paseur.

Ada married Manuel Blandin and lived in Caracas, Venezuela for 25 years. They had two children, three grandchildren and lived in Turkey, and Miami and Davie, FL then moved back to Walnut, MS. Ada was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by husbands, Manuel Blandin and Richard Koster.

Ada is survived by her sons, Pedro and Rafael Blandin; daughters in law, Piedad Blandin and Sandra Garzon; grandchildren Adaelisa and Manuel Blandin and Mateo Garzon; brothers, Buel, George and Cloyce Keith; sister, Iris Gunn; nieces, Martha Goolsby, Doris Sartain and Gene McKee; cousins, Alice Keith and Martha McCoy; friends, Panzy and Voughn Jinks and Mary Martindale.

Ada was a loving grandmother, mother and friend of everyone and had a spark of an attitude that was contagious. She was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073 (904) 264-1233.
