AnJanette F. O'Neal

AnJanette Francia O’Neal, 52, passed away on June 21, 2019 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on June 5, 1967 in Chicago, IL to Janet McIntosh and the late Boyd O’Neal, Jr.

AnJanette held a master’s degree, was a licensed notary, worked for Family Support Services and a member of City of Hope Ministries. She enjoyed helping others.

She survived by her children, Jayela, Jazmyn, Jamari, Jacari O’Neal and Jordan Jones; grandson, Dante O’Neal; mother, Janet McIntosh; brothers, Jabari (Dwaina), Michael, and Oscar McIntosh, III; sisters, Charmada Meeks and Ashanti McIntosh; aunts, Beatrice Medina-Vegas, Juliette Martin, and Helen James; nephews, Armani, Corneil, and Michael McIntosh, Jr., and Oscar Edwards; nieces, Aishani , Imani, Destiny, Ashley and Veronica McIntosh and ShaMichael Johnson; cousins, Mikayla Gray, Tehira and Chris Martin, and Marcellus Medina-Vegas; godmother, Patricia Hubbard; friends, Deandrea Castillo, Thamara Lacy, Brenda Martin, Angela Thompson, Renita Williams, and Chuck and Kim Martin as well as a host of godchildren, many cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, 4th floor ICU unit and Lydia of St. Vincent’s Hospital for the special care and kindness given to their loved one, AnJanette.

 A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. following a visitation starting at 1:30 p.m., both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
