Charles R. Powell passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 12:00 noon, at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073. Following the service, interment with military honors will take place at 2:30 p.m,. at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
