Charlie H. Fleming, Jr. passed away on October 26, 2017.  He was born to the late Charlie and Effie Fleming on May 26, 1962.

In 1980, he graduated from Orange Park High School and later joined the United States Marines Corps. On December 28, 1984 while still serving in the Marines, he came home and was united in holy matrimony with his sweetheart and first love, Tia Marie Forman. From their union, two children were born, Tiara and Charlie III.

Charlie’s wife, children and grandchildren were the loves of his life. He enjoyed fishing, music, eating boiled peanuts and sharing whatever he had with others, but he cherished spending quality time with the loves of his life, wife, Tia, their children and grandchildren and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Harvey Fleming and Effie Littles Fleming; and his sister, Fannie Fleming Williams.

Charlie leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of over 33 years, Tia Marie; children, Tiara and Charlie III; grandchildren, Robert II, Teaana, Crystal, Christian and Ny’lah; sisters, Juanita Fleming (Bernard) and Ida McDaniel; brother, Grady Fleming (Rosa); mother and father in-law, General and Shirley Forman; brothers in-law, Ronald Richardson, David Solomon (Gussie), General Stephen Forman, Jr. (Lisa) and Corey Dale Forman; sister in-law, Stephanie Forman and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

 A visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be  held on Saturday, November 11, 2017  at 2:00 p.m.  All services will be held at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 264-1233.
