Douglas Soto Obituary

Douglas Jerome Soto passed away on November 26, 2019 in Orange Park, Florida. He was born on April 16, 1968 in Humboldt, California to Rosalie Corkran.

He held a Class-A CDL license and a motorcycle endorsement. He worked for Archie Powell Trucking Company. Douglas enjoyed weightlifting, riding motorcycles and building classic muscle cars. He proudly provided and loved his family.

Douglas was loved by many. He could bring a smile to anyone’s face, brighten up even the darkest of moments or times. Douglas especially loved his granddaughter, Kendall Daisy Jean Soto, who was his pride and joy. He was always around to offer help to anyone in need and worked hard his whole life to make sure his family was well taken care of. He was more then a father to his children, he was their best friend. Douglas’ loving nature and strength will be carried on by his family and his memory will forever live on strong. We guess God needed an angel to help Him lift weights up in heaven.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Hope Becker.

Douglas leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Rosalie Corkran; daughter, Brittany Soto; sons, Kyle and Michael Soto; granddaughter, Kendall Soto; grandson, Christian Taylor; brother, Donald Jeffers; friend, Michael Tvardos and many others.
