Felisia Dimí “Mimi” Williams was born on June 28, 1995 in Orange Park, FL to Alicia M. Dixon and Randolph Shawn Williams.
During her mother’s military career, Mimi was raised within a village which included her grandmother, Margaret King, grandfather, Alvin Dixon, uncle, Jonathan Dixon, great-uncle and aunt, Alfred and Olivia Moore, great-great-uncle and aunt, John and Beatrice Robinson, special cousin, Tori Robinson and special family friend, Leadell Smith.
She attended Luella High School in McDonough, GA and Florida State College in Jacksonville, FL.
She was preceded in death by her father, Randolph Williams and great-great-uncle, John Robinson.
Mimi leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Alicia Dixon of Orlando, FL; one daughter, Aunesti Sa’ Riyah Seymore, of Jacksonville; one brother, Tyler J. Dixon of Orlando; grandparents, Margaret D. (Stanley) King, Alvin E. Dixon and Diana Schider; great-grandmother, Margaret R. Moore, all of Jacksonville; aunts and uncles, Carla Dixon of Orlando, Ericka (Pedro) Tello, Gwendolyn (Johnny) Lance and Jonathan (Jacklene) Dixon, all of Jacksonville and Laytesha (Ian) Batchelor, of Panama City, FL; great-aunts and uncles, Alfred (Olivia) Moore and Michael V. Moore, all of Jacksonville; great-great-aunts and uncles, Beatrice Robinson of Orange Park and Alfred (Willie Mae) Robinson of Palatka; a host of cousins, Pedro Tello, II, Jayda and Julius Dixon, Latoyia and Tera Moore, Christian, Cameron and Chance Brown, and especially her special cousins, Aleece Moore and Tori Robinson; special friends, Bruce Seymore, Geri Burgess, Megan Hearn and Alexis Baker.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue Orange Park, FL 32073.
