Joe V. Torre, Jr. was born in North Platte, NE on December 6, 1966. He passed away with a fight with diabetes.

Joe loved his family and friends. He graduated in Lincoln, NE. and worked as a community association manager.

Joe is survived by his mother, Guadalupe Mohr; step father, David Mohr; sisters, Kerri Ann (Banks, III) Vanpelt and Kris Carol (Donnie) Tempest; nieces, Ashley Rudolph and Sophia Tempest; nephews, Julian, Damian and Banks, IV Vanpelt; father, Joe V. Torres, Sr. resides in Lima, Peru: aunt Maria Shafto of Kearney, NE; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins in NE, CO, IL, KS and FL.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
