Tammy Evette McNeil the daughter of Mattie Troutman and the late Robert Tillman graced the earth with her presence on July 16, 1966 in Green Cove Springs, Florida.

Tammy spent her childhood years in Green Cove Springs with her mother and two sisters (Darlene Troutman and Patricia Tillman). She attended Clay High School.

Tammy departed this life on Friday, June 22,2018 in the comfort of her own home.
