Wesley Kenneth Thomas was born on February 7, 1966 in Bossier City, LA and passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was the son of Frances A. Thomas and Wesley Thomas (Patricia).

Wesley accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age. He graduated from Leesville High School in 1985 and held real estate and insurance licenses and worked in Retail Management for 30 years until sickness caused him to retire. He served as a chairman council advisor with the Peacemakers, a non-profit organization of volunteers striving to make positive changes in lives in the community. He enjoyed fishing, playing on the play station, spending time with family and working on cars and lawn mowers.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances A. Thomas and grandparents John and Mercedes Williams and Horace Thomas.

Wesley is survived by his loving wife, Sheila W. Thomas, children, Erica (Albrey) Felder, Jasmin Thomas, Seth Wade, Alexis Thomas, Olivia Thomas, Jeylina Thomas and Weslie Thomas of Orange Park; granddaughter, Addalyn Felder; grandmother, Annie Lee Flucher; and sister, Hannah Thomas of Alexandria, LA; many other loving relatives and friends.
