William E. Wilkirson, 75, Retired Lieutenant US Navy, of Orange Park, FL passed away November 10, 2018. Born in Lexington, KY to the late James W. Wilkirson and Ann Morgan Wilkirson. He is survived by his siblings, James A. Wilkirson (Carolyn), Melbourne, FL, Mary Turner (William), Hayward and John Wilkirson, all of Lexington, KY. A memorial service and will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073. Military honors will be rendered.
