Zachary Chaz Temple passed away on December 14, 2017 in MacClenny, FL. He was born on September 27, 1982 in Jacksonville, FL and is the son of Laverne C. and Robert L. Smith, II and the late Zachary Owen Temple.

Zachary graduated from Ed White High School and became a Merchant Mariner. He was a member of Hopewell and worked at WalMart Distribution Center. Zachary loved to play and watch sports.

Zachary was preceded in death by his father, Zachary Owen Temple.

Zachary is survived by his children, Zakiya Denasha Temple, Nyasiah Dior Regulacion and Zachary Chaz Temple, Jr; parents, Robert L. and Laverne C. Smith, II; sisters, Jelisa Nicole Stubbs and Tara Renee Mills; grandparents, Robert L and Jessie L. Collier, Sr, Preston and Fern F. Smurelin and Robert L. Smith, Sr; God sister, Jamie Rosodo; aunts, Lesia Collier, Shirley West, Belinda Griffins and Lyvonne Temple; uncles, Robert Collier, Jr., Jasper Collier, Marcus A. Smith, Auerlio James, Brian S. Smith, Dewayne Griffins, and Willie Temple; nephews, Gavin Iseah Mills-Mathurin and Maison Solomon Ramos and a host of relatives and friends.
