Anthony Michael Madej passed away on August 17, 2021 in Middleburg, FL. He was born on April 11, 1994 in Coral Springs, FL, to Anthony David Madej and Joan Helen Madej.

Anthony was a gentle soul and believed in Jesus Christ. For reasons unknown, Anthony was a loner and lacked self-confidence. He worked at Dollar Tree and when he worked, he put everything he had into it. Anthony had a great laugh and a wonderful personality and enjoyed music and watching movies. Everyone that met Anthony liked him and became his friend.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard and Florence Madej, James Hody and Carol Gilbert.

Anthony is survived by his parents, Anthony and Joan Madej; sister, Kristine Nicole Madej; aunt and uncle, Angela and Johnny Ortiz and Cynthia Grabowski and family and cousins; nephews, Bryan Alexander Yazbek and Christian Anthony Yazbek; cousins, Nicholas Ortiz and Elisa Marie; friends, Justin Carpenter, Madelyn Dearman, Joseph De Arman and Alan A. Covarrubias.

The family will always love our Anthony. He will be missed but never forgotten.
