Arthur Lee Tobler, Jr., 70, passed away on April 22, 2024.

Arthur received his high school diploma and served in the U.S Army. His work history included working for Taylor Precast, Unifix USA and SRM Concrete. Family time was important to Arthur and he enjoyed sports, fishing and traveling.

He was preceded in death by his father; siblings, Benjamin and Ronald A. and Veronica Washington; grandparents, Lonnie Holland and Addie Mae Lott-Holland and Manning Tobler and Carrie Tobler; uncles, Edward, Elijah Sr., Eddie, Frederick, Marion Charles “MC” Tobler, Sr. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Martha Ann Tobler; mother, Rosa L. Holland Tobler; stepchildren, Arscelon Connelly and Kwanguvu Hatarie Connelly; grandchild, Malik Raheem Johnson; great-grandchildren, Isaiah NeShon, Justice R. and Aaden R. Johnson, and Asherah K. Connelly; brother, Kenneth Washington, Sr.; nephews, Tyler Washington, and Kenneth Washington, Jr., Benjamin Williams, nieces, Bernadelle Bonilla and Kaylin Washington; cousins, David Coleman, Marion Charles “MC” Tobler, Jr., Aaron Tobler, Jr., Mary Jane Tobler and Marretta Tobler-Slade; and special friends, Charles and Dianne Baker.
