Bonnie Jean Guy

Bonnie Jean Guy, 62, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 11, 1957 in Woodbury, NJ to the late Harry Hollywood and Harriet Kauffman Hollywood.

Bonnie was the best wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her family was truly her world, she could never tell them “no”.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Janie Dessenberg.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of 43 years, James E. Guy, Jr.; children, Connie Lynn Guy, James E. Guy, III, Tammie M. Phillips, and many more; as well as many grandchildren; brothers, Harry Hollywood and Joey “Lil Man” Hollywood; sister, Pattie Wren as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Bonnie’s family would like to especially thank her son-in-law, Tom Phillips; her son, James Guy and her mother-in-law, Grace Guy for there care and support.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, March 28, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
