Mr. Charles Lowell Filmore Wyllie, of Fair Hall, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Jacksonville, FL, entered into eternal rest with his savior on December 24, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.
A U.S. Navy Veteran, Charles served his country with pride for 26 years. After his service, he worked as a Medical Services Professional - Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Centralized Credentials and Privileging, Jacksonville FL from April 2018 to April 2025. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, FL.
Charles led a very happy, active life filled with family, friends, and many activities such as golfing, traveling, cooking, and discovering new foods.
Charles is reunited in spirit with his beloved parents, Lloyd and Gwendolyn Wyllie, and sister, Helen.
Left to carry on his tradition and legacy are his devoted wife, Germin, children, Gerran and Kodric Wyllie, and Charlene Williams; brothers,
Crispus Wyllie (Enna) of Jacksonville, FL, and Andrew Wyllie (Silma) of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Ruth Wyllie of Jacksonville, FL; brothers in law, George McKenzie of Canada, Ishmael McKenzie (Martha) of Canada, Vernon McKenzie (Jennie) of St. Croix, and Alfred McKenzie (Martha) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; uncles, Carlyle Bonadie of Arizona, Minister Kevin Bonadie of New York and Pastor Peter Bonadie of New York; aunts, Victoria Moore of Barbados, Amy and Hilda of England, Andreas of Dominica; nieces, Seneka, Zofia, Colleen, and Shonika; nephews, Kamal, Chad, and Zefen; cousins, Laurel Drayton, Barbara McIntosh, Michael Wyllie and Ret. Lieutenant Colonel Jerome Jackson and many extended relatives and cherished friends including, Sherrod Younge and family, Eric and Lanita Walker, Reggie Causewell, Jerry DiBruno, the entire Jacksonville Sharks golfing community, David Campbell of Ft. The Home Going Service for Mr. Charles Lowell Filmore Wyllie will take place on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. with a visitation preceding at 2:00 p.m. both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 264-1233.
Interment will be at a later date in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
