Cliffann Larkins Williams

Cliffann Larkins Williams passed away on March 20, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on June 5, 1962 in Jacksonville, to the late Clifford Lee Larkins, Sr. and Eula Cohen Mair.

Cliffann graduated from Ribault Senior High School, class of 1981. She went on to work, twenty-seven years, for the Jacksonville Clerk of Courts as a special assistant in the Marriage License Department. She enjoyed shopping, decorating and going to the beach.

Family members preceding Cliffann in passing were her father, Clifford Lee Larkins, Sr.; mother, Eula Cohen Mair; step-father, Trevor Sinclair Mair; and grandmother, Eula Mae Cohen.

Cliffann is survived by her loving daughter, Tiffany Ann Larkins; life partner, Wallace Mills; brothers, Danny (Kathy) Larkins, Leondra Larkins and Clifford Larkins, Jr.; sisters, Delanely (Leroy) Jenkins and Lissa Mair, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other family members and friends.
