Eddie Lee Moore

Eddie Lee Moore passed away on December 9, 2023 in Fleming Island, FL. She was born on July 29, 1931 in Tallahassee, FL, to the late Edward Elisah Kelly and Alma Ellen Spooner Kelley.

Eddie Lee graduated from Leon High School in Tallahassee and continued on with vocational and technical education and training. She was a member of Leon County School Board for twenty-seven years, a member of Wakulla Retired Educators Association and served as president in 2006-2007 and volunteered for ten years at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Terri Lee Colson; sister, Murtice Watson; brother, James Kelly and grandparents, Charles and Rendy Spooner.

Eddie Lee is survived by her children, Richard Colson, Robert Colson and Kelly Colson; grandchildren, Kristen Colson Watson, Bobby Colson Willis, Lindsey Colson, Ian Colson, Allison and Samantha Dujoric; great-grandchildren, Rylan Bradshaw, Hayden Bradshaw, Lynden Bradshaw, Maxwell Willis and Rylee Moss and a host of other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-12133.
