Elvire Beaucliche Adrien, 87, passed away on May 11, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on April 19, 1937 in Port Au Prince, Haiti to, the late Leon Andre Catul Beaucliche and Brunelia Harris.
Elvire was a dedicated worker. She worked as a factory worker, nanny, hairdresser, and made her biggest impact as a homemaker. Elvire enjoyed praising the Lord, studying scripture, singing, gardening, talking on the phone, traveling, walking around her neighborhood, word search puzzles and being a creative seamstress.
Elvire was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernst Adrien; daughter, Marjory Beauchliche; sister, Raymonde Cerisier and brother, Gerard Cerisier.
Elvire is survived by her children, Bobby Smith Doqueluche, Sr., Ernest Adrien Sr, Sandra Adrien-Ruiz, Magda Adrien-Darling and James Adrien; grandchildren, Carlette Doqueluche, Giovini Zephir, Merrissa Adrien , Alexander Adrien, Cassandra Doqueluche, Bobby Smith Jr. Doqueluche, Ernest Adrien Jr, Jasmine Dunbar, Monisha Adrien, Sierra Adrien, Alexandre Meniger, Karina Darling, Teana Adrien, Mickey Ruiz, Vanessa Adrien, Jeremiah Adrien; great-grandchildren, Armand Gundrum, Camden Jean-Francois, Jade Jean-Francois, Avin Williams, Ariana Meghani, Teresa Meghani, Nyla Cunningham, Serenity Davis, Alisiya Adrien, Zoey Adrien,“King” Queniero Davis, Soley Zephir, and Lila Adrien; sisters, Annie Noemie Beauchliche and Marie Ermite Innocent; nephew, Gerard Junior Cerisier; nieces, Mimose Kaba and Natacha Whetstone; cousin, Yolette Marcelin, and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and a funeral service on Saturday, May 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, 904-264-1233.
