Enid Joyce Bowise

Enid was born in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica on March 15, 1944 to Rodrick and Gwendolyn Bowise. Later in life she moved to the United States, making a home in Jacksonville FL. She was a homemaker — but a one of a kind mother, friend and a lover of our God Almighty Jehovah. Enid served in the Truth for 30 plus years.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Rodrick Bowise and Mother, Gwendolyn Parkinson Bowise, her Brothers, Escoffery and Baswell Bowise, her Sister, Leah White.

Enid is survived by her Children, Everett Cornwall, Sandra Rowe Stoddart, Dennovan Commons and Delores Commons; Her Grandchildren, Kemor Tomlinson, Monique Allen, Devania Cornwall Jones, Jaymon Larsen, Felicity Shiver, Doyle Shiver, and David Shiver; Great-grandchildren, Keniel Foote, Santino Foote, Logan Foote, Son In Laws, Collin Stoddart and Eric Cone. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. and a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
