Frances Regina Niflis passed away on January 13, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on August 21, 1947 in Volusia County, FL to the late James B. Hilburn and Syble L. Williams.

Frances graduated from high school, enjoyed many hobbies and was a loving wife and mother.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Christopher Pete Niflis; son, Christopher Paul Niflis; daughter-in-law, Tabitha Niflis; grandchildren, Sky Niflis, Summer Niflis and Christopher Legend Niflis, and a host of friends.
