Harry Paul Anthertz, Jr.

Harry Paul Anthertz, Jr., 79, passed away on March 21, 2026 at Orange Park, FL. He was born on November 9, 1946 in Miami, FL, to the late Harry Paul and Hermione Anthertz.

Paul was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fleming Island, FL and a member of Knights of Columbus, serving as Grand Knight for two years. Paul loved helping others, fund raising, entertaining, watching football and traveling.

Family members preceding Paul in death are his parents and sister-in-law, Avis Chaitan.

Paul is survived by his loving wife, Jenny Anthertz and children, Christina Martin, Peter Anthertz, Paul Smith and Robert Smith; father figure to, John Woltz, Christopher Woltz, Jason Parry, Suzanne Muenz, Angelina Harripersad and Sachin Harripersad; sister, Lynn Valerius; uncle to Robin, Tom, Greg, Dara and Judson; grandfather and great-grandfather of many; mother-in-law, Mavis Chaitan; sisters-in-law, Judy Chaitan and Valarie Chaitan; brother-in-law, Tom Valerius and a host of other relatives and friends.

His family would like to thank all his faithful friends from Sacred Heart Catholic Church who provided much support and love.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 7190 US Highway 17 South, Fleming Island, Florida 32003.
