Jay Joseph Vileno, 61, passed away on January 21, 2025. He was born on April 28, 1963 in New Rochelle, NY, to Donald P. Vileno Sr. and the late Maryann (Tozzo) Vileno.
Jay resided in New Rochelle until 1993, when he and his wife moved to the Bronx, NY. In 1996, they moved to Middleburg, Florida to start their family.
Jay cherished his family more than anything and was happiest when he was surrounded by them. He enjoyed building and fixing things and was always willing to help anyone in need. His favorite hobby was restoring Blackstone grills and when he wasn’t doing that, he thoroughly enjoyed discussing politics (Go Trump) and having a cup of coffee.
Jay will always be remembered as a caring son, loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, baby brother and favorite uncle.
Jay is survived by his wife, of 31 years, Louise; children, Michael, Cassandra (Zachery) and Nicolas; father, Donald P. Vileno Sr.; grandsons, Levi Jay and Jackson Beau; sister, Ann DuBois (Steve) and brother, Donald P. Vileno Jr. He is also remembered by his nieces, nephew, great nephews and a host of other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 264-1233.
