Jeffery Lamar Hines passed away on November 1, 2024. 

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024  starting at  10:00 a.m.  followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 264-1233.

Following the service, interment with Military Honors will be at 1:30 p.m. at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
