Jenne Hammer Obituary

Jenne Elizabeth Hammer, 50, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on May 25, 2026.

Born on January 18, 1976, Jenne was the daughter of Craig Hammer and Arlene Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael Hammer.

Jenne will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, generosity, and the genuine care she showed to others throughout her life. Though life often brought challenges and heartache, she faced them with strength, compassion, and a grateful heart.

Jenne was a licensed Notary Public and spent more than fourteen years working as a Human Resources Manager. She took great pride in helping others grow professionally and often found as much satisfaction in seeing others succeed as she did in her own accomplishments.

She is survived by her loving husband, Joe; her children, Summer, Tanner, Savannah, Gavin and Luca; and her cherished grandchildren, Paisley, Aaliyah, TJ, Lincoln, Constantine, and Remington.

Jenne's children and grandchildren were never far from her thoughts. She spoke of them often with love and pride and cherished every opportunity to hear about their lives, accomplishments, and growing families. No matter the distance or circumstances, her love for them remained constant.

One of Jenne's greatest gifts was her ability to remain grateful. She never forgot the people who helped her throughout life's journey and always appreciated acts of kindness, both big and small. She carried a deep appreciation for the many people who touched her life and the lives of those she loved.

Jenne enjoyed shopping, cooking, coloring, listening to music, and sharing her thoughts through writing product reviews. Even when her health limited what she could do physically, she continued looking for ways to help others. Whether offering advice through her reviews, supporting causes she believed in, or volunteering through organizations such as Be My Eyes, she found joy in making a difference in the lives of others.

She loved animals, enjoyed spending time online connecting with people and sharing experiences, and was an enthusiastic fan of TLC's 90 Days. Her sense of humor, strong opinions, and caring nature made her unforgettable to those who knew her.

Those closest to Jenne knew her as someone who loved deeply and cared sincerely. She celebrated the successes of others, worried about those she loved, and found happiness in the simple moments of life. Her kindness and compassion touched many people, often in ways they may never fully realize.

Jenne's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
