Jesus Guerra

Jesus Guerra, 79, passed away on September 10, 2021 in Orange Park, FL. He was born on June 11, 1942 in Goliad, TX to the late Celestino and Guadalupe Guerra.

Jesus loved his work as a carpenter and even enjoyed doing carpentry in his free time. He also enjoyed gardening, listening to country music and watching movies. Jesus could be found every day reading his bible.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Daniel Guerra; sisters, Angelita Huerta and Maria Anita Guerra and grandparents Roman Triano and Petra Castillo.

Jesus is survived by his loving family, wife, Frances Guerra; children, Lisa Rebecca Howard, Teddy Mack Bowers, Carl Theodore Bowers, Donna Gail Pack and Mark Stephen Guerra; grandchildren, Tyree Mikell, Devin Howard, Heather Brumage, Heather Grace and Jenny Pack; great-grandchildren, Jason Mikell, Leah Mikell, MaKayla Mikell, Julonie Howard, Jianna Howard, Vance Brumage, Luke Brumage, Kylie Grace and Chloe Grace; brother, Guillermo Guerra; sisters, Celia Bosquez, Matilda Gonzalez and Trinidad Garza; cousin, Estella Riojas and friends, Carole Robinson and Lupe Morales.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073.
