Jo Ann Wray

Jo Ann Wray, 67, passed away on January 19, 2022 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late George Edward Amos and Veatrice Wilson Amos.

She was a consummate health care professional working at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Montgomery Surgical Center in Rockville, Maryland. She also worked for the U.S. Navy while her family was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan.

Jo Ann leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Michael M. Wray; cherished son, Mark (Jennifer) Wray; treasured granddaughter, Mia Wray; brothers, Ronnie (Diane) Amos and George (Stephanie) Amos; sisters, Donnie (Michael) Caldwell and Sandra (Charlie) Kendrick; nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving family members.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
