John Burgart

John Burgart, 82, passed away on June 17, 2026, in Middleburg, FL. He was born on April 29, 1944, in Patrick Springs, VA, to the late Royal Clay Burgart and Sally Lou Fain.

John served and retired after 21 years with the United States Navy. He was a business owner of Burgart Enterprises, a body shop and towing company. John enjoyed fishing, gun-range, hunting, cars, gambling, spending time with his family and best friend, Bear his dog.

Family members preceding John in death are his parents and wife, Victoria Ann Burgart.

John is survived by his loving children, Sandra Goddard (Doug) and John Burgart, Jr. (Robin); grandchildren, Kelly Atherton (Jared), Brandi Collins (Wyatt, Jr.), Erica Burgart and Jake Gulden; great-grandchildren, Boone Collins, Waylon Collins, Easton and Emery; sister, Susie Bishop; niece, Nadine Hooker and a host of other family members and friends.
