Karin Leslie Darby

Karin Leslie Darby passed away on January 3, 2020 in Orange Park, FL. She was born on October 11, 1959 in Kennesaw, GA to the late Leonard Shirley and Genevieve Ernestine Wilson.

She received her high school diploma and became a licensed substitute teacher in Cobb County. Karin was a Christian and interested in crocheting, cooking, gardening, photography, amateur astronomy, the NFL, politics and bird watching.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandmother, Bernice Campbell.

Karin is survived by her husband, Gregory Louis Darby; children, Kimberly Hope Jenkins, Michael Lee Darby and Keith John Darby; granddaughter, Elizabeth Danielle Meurrens; brother, David Lynn Shirley; nephew, Brandon Shirley; niece, Krista Sexton and many friends.

A visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. followed by a  memorial service at 10:00 a.m on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
