Kevin Charles Outtin

Kevin Charles Outtin, born April 4, 1972 to Charles Outtin and Linda L. Outtin, died September 24, 2019 at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, Florida. Kevin is survived by his wife, Mary Jo Carder Outtin; parents, Linda and Charles; brother, Keith Outtin; nieces, Stevi Beth and Orion Grace and aunt and uncle, Cynthia and Michael Whittman. 

Kevin's life spanned the country of his birth from Fresno, California to lighting up the map in places like Las Vegas, Nevada and Witchita, Kansas to spending his last years in Orange Park, Florida. Kevin's life was perfectly abnormal and lived to his utmost. He created memories and had experiences that only someone as brave and adventurous as Kevin could have achieved. He loved and was loved in return. Friends and family of Kevin will be sharing memories at a Memorial in Kevin's Honor on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. at 2226 Chablis Court E., Orange Park, FL 32073.
