Linda L. Sykes

Linda Lee Sykes, 75, passed away October 15, 2022 in Orange Park, FL. She was born July 7, 1947 in Clinton, IA to the late Marvin and Margaret Kosin.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family above all else. She loved to read, care for animals and spend time outdoors.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Marvin “Bump” Kosin.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Robert Sykes; daughter, Tammy Dealing; son, Mike Sykes; daughter-in-law, Michelle Sykes; granddaughters, Kincaid Sykes and Isabella Dealing; sisters, Rae Ann Mussman, Sharon Stickell, Sally Crowley and Charm Kosin as well as many other family member and friends.

The family would like to given a special thanks to Haven Hospice for all their compassionate care give to Linda.

A visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073.
