Marsha Ann Brown

Marsha Ann Brown, 70, of Orange Park, FL, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 in Orange Park. Marsha, the only child of the late William Rowland and the late Clara Kimbrough-Rowland, was born on December 10, 1952, in Youngstown, OH.  

She was a stay-at-home Mother, Grandmother and Caregiver for many years. She worked many years at St. Elizabeth in Youngstown, prior to relocating to Orange Park. She also worked many years at Walmart as a Greeter, ensuring to light up everyone’s day.  

Marsha was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ella Kimbrough; grandfather, Sye Kimbrough; husband, John Brown; sister/friend, Glenda Leggett and cousin, Debra Murphy.  

Marsha Brown leaves to cherish her memory, son, Michael Brown (Leola Brown); daughter, Stephanie Brown; son, Robert Brown, Sr. (Donnesha Brown); stepson, Alexander Burkett; granddaughters, Ashanta Hill (Terry Hill), Shante Floyd (Ronald Floyd), Shayla McGrady, Brittany Winlock, Keisha “Pooh” Brown, Ciara Hill and Breante’ Winlock; grandsons, Micheal Brown Jr., Robert “Mister” Brown, Jr. (Karla Simmons), Braylan Brown (Denise Brown), Lonnell Hill, Keylan Brown and Mykal Hill (Zenobia Holder); sisters/friends, Sandra Allen Bowman and Sylvia Jackson, along with many loved great-grandchildren, friends and family.  

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all family and friends.  

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. and the funeral service at 3:00 p.m., both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL, 32073.
