Melicai Ezeakle Bell, 51, passed away on August 25, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born on July 14, 1969 in Jacksonville, to the late Johnnie Bell and Dorothy Glover.

Melicai was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alphonso E. King, Willie King, Jr., Hubert M. King, Adrian C. B. Bell, and Tyrone M. King; sister, Rosetta King and stepfather, Lewis Glover.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Bell; children, Mary Catherine Bell, Malachi Bell, Jr., Allison Bell, Esther Bell, Philip Bell and Naomi Bell; brother, Nathaniel King; sister, Jacqueline King; nephews, Nathan King, Jeremy King and Adrian Hodges; nieces, Sherrie King, Annette King, Alexis Edmonds, Anjelica King, and Naimi Underwood; friends, Gladys Johnson and Thomasina Williams.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the funeral service on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 264-1233.

Due to the COVID-19, Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home is following the  CDC and the Florida Department of Health guide lines limiting  (50) guest present in the funeral home for each service.
