Micheal Eugene Beasley was born on December 13, 1951 in Atlanta, GA to Ray and Julia Mae Beasley. Their union blessed them with eight children, Micheal was their 3rd eldest child.
GOD called him home to suffer no more and granted him his wings on March 5, 2020.
Micheal graduated from Harper High School in 1968, and enlisted in the U.S. Navy at 18 years of age., where he then served for 8 years. He worked for FRCSE for over 30 years, where he retired from in 2013. Micheal favorite interests were fishing, pig and chicken farming, cooking, grilling, and grilling and grilling. He mastered and marketed the best barbecue sauce in the South. He also ran and owned “Crabs and Bones” restaurant where he served celebrities, family and friends. He was a faithful member of New Life in Christ Christian Church where he served as an elder.
Micheal leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife, Debra; sons, Kyhrin, Micheal, Jr. and Terrance Toland; daughters, Lynn (Charles) Strothers, Micah, and Chanelle; grandkids, Mya, Joshua, Caleb, Jacob, Nicolo and Nia; brothers, Jackie Beasley and Stanley Beasley; sisters, Phyllis Beasley and Tonia Chaney as well as a plethora of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Mom and Dad; brother, Mason Reid; sisters, Miriam Hosley and Toinette Glover and grandmother, Emma Freeman.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. and a memorial service at 3:30 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
