Miguel Antonio Padilla Gonzalez

Miguel Antonio Padilla Gonzalez passed away on October 20, 2023 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born on June 22, 1951 in Manati, Puerto Rico, to the late Miguel Angel Padilla and Rita Maria Gonzalez.

Miguel loved cooking, especially eating! He loved cars and worked in the automobile repair business for many years. He especially enjoyed drag racing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Miguel is survived by his loving wife, Linda Padilla; children, Ashley Schafer, Miguel Padilla, Jr., Yaimari Padilla; step-son, Luis Medina; sixteen grandchildren; sister, Milagros Padilla; daughters-in-law, Trianna Martinez and Idalys Padilla; sons-in-law, Tim Schafer and Jose Orriols and a host of family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service and Visitation will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073,(904) 264-1233.
