Robert Michael Dealing

Robert “Bobby” Michael Dealing, 63, passed away peacefully Monday, July 31, 2023.

Bobby was born in Jacksonville, FL to William and Patsy Dealing. He attended Christ the King Catholic School and graduated from Sandalwood High School in 1979. Bobby loved the outdoors and anything involving water. He was an avid surfer, loved to fish and loved to go camping at the springs. He could often be found either at the beach, the lakes or out near the Suwannee River.  

Bobby was incredibly creative and a talented painter with a passion for the ocean. He enjoyed arts and crafts and through the end of his life, was often found handing out handmade trinkets to those he met. Bobby was a proud Christian and had a love for Jesus Christ in his heart. His proudest accomplishment was his writings; a collection of his thoughts and feelings, bound together in book form for his family and friends. It now serves us all as a glimpse into the mind of our beloved Bobby.

Bobby is survived by his parents, William and Patsy Dealing of Keystone Heights, FL; brothers, William Dealing III, Wayne Dealing (Rhonda), James Dealing and sister, Catherine Frey, all of Jacksonville, FL; nephews, Jay, Connor and Will; nieces, Amanda and Caroline and great nephew, Van.

A memorial services will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073.
