Mrs. Rodella Delores Thomas Cooper passed away on May 11, 2024.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service; Mrs. Cooper Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., both services will be at Philip R. Cousin A.M.E. Church, 2601 Orange Picker Road, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
