Sharon Bruce Obituary

Sharon Hatcher Bruce passed away on October 27, 2021 in Orange Park, FL. She was born on April 1, 1948 in Oakland, CA, to the late Desmond Venera Hatcher and Lorraine Harriet Brozda.

Sharon received her Associates Degree at FCCJ in Jacksonville, FL and enjoyed making jewelry and silk flower arrangements. She loved dancing. Sharon had a beautiful singing voice which she used in Catholic church choirs most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Desmond and Lorraine Hatcher. She was also preceded in death by her three husbands, Joel Klinger, Donald Smith and Glen Bruce.

Sharon is survived by her children, Joy (Nick) Clark, Hope (Terry) Sorge, Lori Manis and Stephen Klinger; grandchildren, Christine Klinger, Brian Clark, Nicole Clark, Irie Manis, Isla Manis, Saylor Manis, Lauren Sorge and Brooklyn Sorge; sister, Linda (Robert) Hart and many friends.

Donations may be made in Sharon’s memory to Haven Hospice and the American Cancer Society for the special care given to her.
