Sharon Ann Stram passed away on January 11, 2024 in Orange Park, FL. She was born on April 2, 1946 in Miami, FL, to, Anna Mae Miller Naftal and the late Bernard Leopold Naftal.
Sharon worked for the Department of Transportation in Boston, MA. When she relocated to Florida, she worked for the Clerk of Courts in Jacksonville. Sharon was Lead Rifle in the York White Roses Drum and Bugle Corp Color Guard. She enjoyed reading to the blind, diamond art, reading, crocheting, and loved playing card games. However, her greatest interests were her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sharon was preceded in death by her father and sisters, Patricia “Patty” Miller and Cindy Slenker.
Family members left to cherish Sharon’s memory are her husband, John C. Stram; daughters, Ingrid Ingram (Chris), Anna Donne (Reginald) and Susan Perry (Chris); grandchildren, Jordan Newsome (Taytum), Sommer Newsome and Trinity Smith; great-grandchildren, Ahliza Newsome and Ahlani Newsome; brothers, Bernard “Bernie” Naftal, Theodore “Ted” Naftal and Michael “Mike” Naftal; sisters, Donna Kindig and Fran Wagner; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233.
