Tina Marie Spicer

Tina Marie Spicer, 66, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on July 28, 2026. She was born on December 30, 1959 in Philadelphia, the daughter of Edward Spicer Sr. and Dorothy (Banks) Spicer.

Tina was a devoted mother to her children. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Tina’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Tina was preceded in death by her father, Edward Spicer Sr., and her brothers, Edward Spicer Jr. and William Spicer.

She is survived by her loving children, Samantha Buchanan-Rohrich (Gerald), Stephen Buchanan, Jamie Buchanan, Christopher Buchanan, and Nicholas Mosley (Judy), and a cherished grandmother to her many beloved grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride; siblings, Toni Sweeney, Jack Spicer, Debra Esposito, James Spicer, and Jane O’Neill, along with many loving nieces and nephews.
