Victor Manuel Rivera-Flores, 69, passed away on January 15, 2026 in Orange Park, Fl. He was born on June 10, 1956 in Cayey, Puerto Rico, to the late Victor Manuel Rivera and Emma Flores.
Victor received his high school diploma and served in the United States Army as a Multichannel Communications Equipment Operator. Victor worked as an Administrative/Technical Inclined Construction worker and was a member of Westside Family Worship Church in Jacksonville, FL. Victor enjoyed walking his dog, playing Dominos and was a student of “Worldwide Affairs.”
Family members preceding Victor in death are his parents; brother, Hector Rivera; grandparents, Teo Rivera and Fermina Miranda, and Carmelo Flores and Justina de Jesus.
Victor leave to cherish his memory his brothers, William Rivera and Danny Gomez; sisters, Julia Gomez-Rivera and Evelyn Rivera; nephews, Dave Gomez, Jr., Ricardo Gomez and Al Gomez; nieces, Eve Gomez, Aalyiah Gomez, Felicia Gomez and Soro Gomez; cousins, Angie Otero, and Joyce Otero; friends, Evelyn Rodriguez and Lisa Waters and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and a Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. both at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 264-1233.
Interment with Military Honors will be held after the Celebration of Life Service, Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
