My deepest condolences to the family, may you find comfort in prayer and the beautiful words of Isaiah 25:8 where God promises us that He will soon eliminate all death and suffering. Acts 24:15 speaks of a resurrection, a time when God will reunite us with our loved ones again! I hope this helps bring some comfort in this time of sorrow. https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODBible/pub-jwbcov_201405_5_VIDEO

Dear Gwen, Charles and Michael,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and Dad. He was such a great man of kindness and integrity, and a man with an endless desire to excel and do the right thing. To us he was a very special cousin. We will cherish your visits up north. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers today and always. We will be in touch with you often. We can only imagine how much you will miss him, and we thank God that he is no longer suffering but is safe and secure in His hands of love and happiness. May God Bless you all. We send our love, sympathy and prayers.

Dear Gwen and family, just wanted you all to know how much Lon was loved and will be missed by our family. Mom would mention his name often and always admired him so much . I remember when he gave a toast and spoke at their 50th wedding anniversary 10 years ago. he was already battling with his illness then, yet always remained strong and courageous. He truly inspired us all in how to remain positive and hopeful, even when facing life's biggest challenges. Lon will always be remembered dearly and with great respect. for all his accomplishments and the family man that he was. May God give all of you the peace and strength you need during this difficult healing time. We hope to maybe see you up north sometime soon. Take care and big hugs from Traverse City! Love, Ron
